01. The Path That Led To Here
It all Started With A Painful Feeling
Growing up, I wasn’t a jock. I wasn’t into sports. I actually happened to be the classic “nerdy bookworm smart Kid” as I was reminded often.
I’m a musician. An artist. A writer. So, how in the WORLD did someone like ME become a fitness coach??
My journey began with a unintentionally condescending remark from a cute girl that I took WAY too personally.
She draped her arm around me while we walked down the hallway after lunch and without hesitation, as if I begged her for any brutal truth she could conjure for me, she stated with a seeming disgust,
“GEEZ! You are REALLY SKINNY!” Ugh.
Maybe it was more the crowd hearing it and snickering, or just that I always felt awkward, skinny and a bit less masculine from it, but I was crushed and instantaneously motivated to never feel that feeling EVER again.
That year, I began working out and learning everything I could possibly learn about gaining muscle without gaining fat and I did just that.
In high school, I helped someone to transform his body the same way I did and with that, I knew there was nothing more that I would rather do than become a fitness coach.
The rest is history, as the expression goes.
Shortly after high school, I worked hard on my education and put the utmost effort every single day learning everything I can to help me continue to transform as many lives as possible.
This Isn’t My Career. This Is My Passion.
I’ve been a fitness specialist for 13 years and I LOVE what I do! My fulfillment in life comes from helping others achieve more than they ever thought possible and become the best possible versions of themselves.
Over the course of owning a successful personal training studio for 10 years, I noticed a huge problem with the trainer/client relationship overall. For starters, my clients needed much more than just a few workouts each week and a meal plan.
I’m a firm believer that without the proper mindset to overcome limiting beliefs about ourselves that cause us to self sabotage by repeating old habits, giving in early or seeking perfectionism instead of progress, we’re doomed to fail no matter how great the workout and diet plan might be.
There are 10,080 minutes in one week and while I had clients who could afford five one-hour training sessions a week for my $95/hour rate, that still left 9,780 minutes a week where she was on her own with the same mindset that got her to a point in life where she was unhappy with how she looked and felt.
Since I only had an hour with her for each session, at least 55 minutes were spent working out, which just didn’t leave time help her develop the keys to unlocking a true transformation.
That’s what lead me into creating my Permanent Transformation Formula coaching program. My program helps people PERMANENTLY transform their bodies and lives into their full potential.

You don’t have to spend hours working out to get your dream body
Diets and programs that make you feel deprived are the quickest paths to failure
Too many fad diets, stress and stimulants can lead to a massively damaged metabolism. Not to worry, though! Metabolisms can be repaired through reverse dieting and adrenal repair!

Working out can feel boring or monotonous when we’re convinced that we have to do things one way only. I love creativity, artistic flare and teaching tons of methods to become addicted to your fitness!
