One of my first priorities in my 15 years of fitness coaching, is to help my clients develop the right mindset for success and the absolute best habits to lose weight and keep it off for good!
I’ve gotten the chance to work with literally thousands of people from all different walks of life and this is one of the biggest struggles that most high achieving entrepreneurs and specialists fall prey to when trying to reach new goals.
A few of the main reasons so many people fail to reach their goals in business, fitness or pretty much anything else they desire to achieve has much less to do with the actual technicalities of “diet” or “exercise” than our mindset and habits.
It’s true! I’ve watched people with the exact diet or workout program, similar body types and fitness level, get completely different results by the end of the process. That got me thinking many years ago that there’s simply much more to success in fitness or anything else than just sticking to the plan itself.
In my venture to learn all that I could about habits, mindset programming, limiting belief factors and even self sabotage, I was able to find quite a few very key patterns that I’ve been able to truly help my clients not only reach new goals, but with so much less frustration and yo-yo results.
